For churches ready to delve into the world of social media, or ready for new ideas, this workshop will look at some of the social media platforms and how they can work for your church. Having an online presence is integral in this digital age as well as understanding what social platforms make the most sense for your ministries and church demographics.
Professing and mature youth and their leaders join us for a youth-focused "Introduction to Lay Ministry: The BASIC Course."
The BASIC Course is a 10-hours, and we are starting Sunday, January 14 at 3 pm and finishing the course after a lock-in. Trinity UMC in Smithfield is hosting, and youth leaders from Trinity and Tabernacle in Poquoson are helping lead the class. Please RSVP so that we have enough food.
